There’s an ache inside, a desire to start fresh, but time keeps ticking by, and here we are – mid to late career, full of promise but unsure how to take that next step.

I’ve been in your shoes, and I get it. I've been in Corporate America over 30 years working in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. I've been on the other side of the desk working with Hiring Managers and HR to find people like you, new positions . I know the insights on how Corporations work and what they look for. The conversations that take place behind the scenes in making hiring decisions.  Visibility on technology and how it helps to make the hiring selections.  With all of this going on behind the scenes I help you navigate this new career world.  I've taken all of this experience and put together programs that partner with women ready for change. Together, we’ll figure out where you want to go, identify skill gaps, navigate the technology piece and craft a plan that gets you there.
